Let proceedings be taken against the owner or master of this junk for a breach of order 6 of 1866.

The Attorney General will please advise as to the evidence necessary to sustain a conviction;

and the Acting Captain Superintendent of Police who I presume can appear to prosecute, will be good enough to point out to the Magistrate - that under section 19 the junk and cargo are forfeited to the Crown the moment a violation of Sections XIII & XIV has occurred.
